A variety of White Celery Mustard extensively grown in Southeast Asia. Somewhat small plant resembles Swiss Chard. Has thick leaves. Cold tolerant and a slow bolter. Has a wide adaptability. Frost Tolerance – Good.
CULTURE: Plant seeds in flats 3-4 weeks early, or in spring as soon as ground can be worked.
SUN: Provide enough light to avoid long, thin stems that will restrict later growth.
SOIL: Provide nitrogen-rich soil.
