Credit Cards
We accept credit cards and PayPal as a form of payment. Additionally we take checks and cash at our live events. We do not add a surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
We use an outside credit card processing company. As we understand it, this company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing your payment.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Great American Seed Up reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, to make a reasonable exchange, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Please see our Out-Of-Stock policy for further details.
Other Conditions
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Great American Seed Up reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
Due to the nature of the seed business, at times we might run out of, or possibly not even receive, a product that we listed on our website. We will attempt in good faith to provide the products as they become available from our suppliers. If time is available, we will attempt to notify via email, but this is not always an option. If a product is not in stock during order fulfillment, we will make available a comparable item, or give credit towards other items and allow and exchange. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Returns
We make every attempt to fulfill orders correctly. However, if you have received the wrong item, we will rectify to the best of our ability if you let us know within 7 business days. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to fix.
Shipping
We do use Priority Mail and ground service through USPS. If your shipping address is not served by USPS then the package will be returned to us. We will need to reship the package at your expense. Tracking numbers are generated for all priority mail packages and if you do not get an email with that number we can send it to you upon request.
We do not control the time frame a shipment takes once in the hands of the postal service.
International Shipping
We do currently ship to Canada with limitations based on Canadian customs rules and regulations. We are aware that grass family seeds are being rejected.

Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders from addresses within the same state/province where Great American Seed Up holds a presence. For orders to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply. Seed is considered a food product and is not subject to taxation.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Great American Seed Up shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Great American Seed Up shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Great American Seed Up will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
